Attendees will be making a copper one-inch copper cuff that expands or contracts to fit any size wrist. The student will trace and cut it out of a copper sheet. They will file the sides so it is smooth. Each person will shape, hammer and finish the bracelet.
The leaf necklace will be traced and cut from a sheet of copper. It will be folded in half and textured the same way as the cuff with, a Cross Peen hammer, unfolded and shaped. The solid copper closure will be attached to a chorded leather necklace and hand formed into a hook and eye clasp. The chord can be cut to the length they want and wrapped with copper wire to secure the clasp to the necklace.
The pieces will not be polished.
